What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Fix-iT Computer Solutions is a business registered in the Republic of Malawi under the Registrar Generals Act (No. 12 of 2012), registration number MBRS 1007835, established in 2012. We are also registered with the Malawi Revenue Authority and with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority.
Our trading address is Amarsi Odhavji Plaza Building, along Haile Selassie Road, Blantyre, Malawi. Our postal address is P.O. Box 1421, Blantyre.
These terms apply to anyone using this website, placing an order through it, or asking us to quote for or carry out work.
You may browse the site, read the service descriptions and place an order. You may not copy the site, scrape the catalogue to rebuild it elsewhere, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we approved your business.
Prices and stock shown on the site are for information. Because hardware prices move with exchange rates, the price that binds us is the one confirmed when your order is confirmed.
An order placed on this site is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it to you and have checked that the items are in stock. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm.
If we cannot fulfil an order — for example an item has sold or been discontinued — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid. You are not charged for stock we cannot supply.
All prices are in Malawian kwacha (MK) and exclude any tax we are required to add at the point of sale.
Hardware prices move with exchange rates. We aim to keep the site accurate, but the price shown is not a binding offer until we confirm your order. If a price is listed in error and is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging.
Stock levels are updated as we sell, but occasionally an item may sell out between your order and our confirmation. We always tell you rather than cancelling silently.
You do not need a payment account to order from us. You can pay when you collect in the shop, or by mobile money or bank transfer where those methods are available, following the instructions we give you.
For mobile money and bank transfer, the order is treated as unpaid until we have confirmed that the money has arrived. We are not responsible for delays in the payment provider's own systems.
Unless you choose delivery, orders are collected from our shop in Blantyre. We will tell you when an order is ready.
Where delivery is available, the fee is shown at checkout and confirmed before you pay. Delivery only proceeds to addresses within the areas we have agreed with you; please call to check if you are outside Blantyre.
Our returns and warranty terms are set out in full on our Returns and Warranty page, and those terms form part of these terms.
Where goods are faulty, you must tell us as soon as you reasonably discover the fault. Keep the packaging and any accessories, because we may need them to diagnose the problem.
New goods carry a warranty of twelve months from the date of sale unless the product page says otherwise. Refurbished and used goods carry a shorter period, stated on the product page.
The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, damage from unauthorised repairs, or work carried out by someone else after sale. If a warranty claim fails because of one of these, we will still quote for the repair before doing anything.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from goods or services we have supplied.
Please back up your own data before giving us a device. We take reasonable care, but we cannot be responsible for data lost through a pre-existing fault or a device that is still failing.
Do not use the site to send unlawful or abusive material, to attempt to access the admin area, or to interfere with the site's operation.
We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, where payment is not received, or where we cannot supply.
The FiX-iT name, logo and site content belong to Fix-iT Computer Solutions. Photographs of the shop and of our products are ours. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the site for your own shopping purposes.
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show which set applies. Where a change affects an order you have already placed, the terms that applied when you placed it still govern that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. The courts of Malawi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
